• Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS to help you explore the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, the protector, or the younger, wounded parts. Together, we connect with your core Self—the calm, compassionate center within you—and begin to bring healing and balance to your internal world.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

With CBT, we look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work with you to develop more helpful ways of thinking and coping in daily life.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

I integrate DBT when strong emotions or relationship challenges are at the forefront. We focus on building skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication—so you can feel more steady and empowered in your life.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

When trauma is part of your story, I may use EMDR to help you process difficult memories. Through guided bilateral stimulation (like eye movements), we work to reduce the emotional charge of past experiences so you can feel more at peace and less reactive in the present.
